This course explores the basics of myofascial force transmission, load adaptation, and collagen synthesis during muscle hypertrophy and the various effects on strength and performance. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about recovery, mobility and the effects of foam rolling and stretching on tissue organization.
*It is recommended Anatomy of Fascia Level 1 be completed prior to attending Strength Training and Fascia.
