This course provides an understanding of what is hormesis, and how stressing our bodies with temperature, load, fasting and autophagy, xenohormesis (plants) lead to beneficial adaptations in the body. When included with regular meditation, this is the Delos Longevity Protocol.
We will also cover what are doses provided by research and ideal frequencies to optimize and maximize our lifestyle and longevity.

This course provides an advanced understanding of myofascial anatomy including the the fascial meridians, cellular anatomy, the extra-cellular matrix, and the various mechano, biochemical and hormonal receptors. We’ll take a deep dive into understanding hyaluronic acid, free versus bound water and the important aspects of fascial function.
This comprehensive 5-part (220 hours) class series begins with the history of the revolutionary approach developed by Delos. Explore the basics of our unique myofascial therapy, which combines multi-directional pressure and shearing forces. Understand the therapy’s effects on the cellular and neurological elements of fascia remodeling. We combine the latest research in myofascial science with Delos Institute’s myofascial technique to deliver an effective, high-quality skill-set for practitioners looking to evolve as professionals. Students will gain a thorough understanding of the Delos Institute Regional Anatomy Series, therapy orientations, treatment protocols and a world class business service model.

Eric Owens' background is of a lifelong professional table tennis athlete—accomplishments include three-time US National champion, Pan American Games gold and bronze medalist, USA Athlete of the Year, nine-time National Team member, and inducted into USA Table Tennis Hall of Fame—and now as a co-founder of Delos Therapy, Delos Robotics, and Delos Institute.
His entrepreneurship complements his passions in anti-aging, longevity, myofascial health, wellness, fitness, meditation, and fasting. Eric graduated magna cum laude from Texas Wesleyan University (Fort Worth, TX) with a Bachelors in Biochemistry and minor in Physics; completed his Masters degree in Biomedical Science (researching pain and inflammatory conditions); and furthered his training in medical school at Midwestern University (Downers Grove, IL).
A first-generation American, University of Chicago Booth School of Business graduate, and two-time US Open Juniors Table Tennis champion, Mimi Bosika excels as an entrepreneur specializing in business development, sales, and operations within the health and wellness industry.
Since co-founding Delos Therapy in 2012, Mimi has standardized operational excellence, managed financial objectives, and helped grow Delos Therapy to six locations in Chicagoland, with expansion plans in California and Colorado. Mimi is also a managing partner at Strength Society, one of Chicago's premier personal training studios, as well as, business advisor and stakeholder to several fitness businesses.
