When you purchase our general education courses, you agree to this Terms of Use and Liability Waiver.

All information obtained from Delos Institute, Delos Therapy, LLC, and its agents, officers, directors, and employees (“Delos”) is to be taken solely as educational or informational in nature and is not intended to represent the only, or necessarily the best approach, method or procedure for the situation discussed.  Delos does not attempt to practice medicine or provide specific medical advice or healthcare services.  Any information provided by Delos is not intended to be a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment by a health care professional.  Reliance on any information provided by Delos is solely at your own risk.

You hereby acknowledge that you are purchasing courses consisting of educational training and/or materials only. No additional support, training, or act on our part is expressly promised or implied.

All sales are final for Delos Institute courses. No refunds are issued for Delos Institute courses once a sale is completed.  Delos has the sole right and discretion to determine whether to sell our courses to any individual and may reject a purchase by any individual with or without explanation.

Delos Institute general education courses are intended solely for persons that are at least age 18 years of age or older.  By purchasing a Delos Institute course, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.

A certificate of course completion is given upon completion of each course and is in the form of an electronic certificate. It signifies that the individual completed a specific course. This certificate in no way denotes competence.

Unless otherwise indicated, audio, video, photographs, text, publications, graphics and content offered by Delos, or located on the website https://delostherapy.com/delosinstitute/  (“Content”) remain the intellectual property of Delos and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Delos or licensed to Delos, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and other various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

No Content obtained from Delos may be sold, used, or distributed for any commercial use/profit or used or distributed for any non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use of Delos’ Content is strictly prohibited.  Recording of Delos Content is not permitted.

Delos does not provide any authority –whether express or implied - for attendees of Myofascial Curriculum courses to provide healthcare services or services beyond the attendee’s trained and licensed scope of practice as regulated by state and federal licensing agencies.

These Terms of Use apply to all general education courses provided by Delos. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable federal law and the substantive laws of Illinois without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws.  Any cause of action by you with respect to Delos’ general education courses, website, or Content must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred.  Should any part of these Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

To the extent that any Content is in conflict or inconsistent with these Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. Delos’ rights under these Terms of Use shall survive any termination of the same.
