Delos Institute is a detailed, science and research based instruction on the health of muscles and fascia. Delos Institute courses provide an advanced study of the myofascial system and how it is manipulated, remodeled, and optimized. We take an elaborate look at the latest data in the field and incorporate those findings to advance the work of wellness practitioners.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect information about you during the creation of your account and/or purchase of any Delos Therapy sessions or Delos Institute courses. This information is collected during the checkout or account creation process and includes the following personal data:

In addition, we also collect and use cookies to keep track of the following information while you are on our site to help support you during your visit:

●      Courses or sessions viewed

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Therapists can access:

●      Session information like what was purchased, when it was purchased, and

●      Client information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help support you.

We will never sell your personal data. We will not share your personal data with any third parties without your prior consent (which you are free to withhold) except where we are required to do so by law or outlined below.

We may pass your personal data to or through GDPR Compliant third party software or plugins for the purposes of providing services to you on our behalf. We do this for the purpose of our legitimate interests in operating our business.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you have a Delos Therapy or Delos Institute account, you may opt out of email communications at any time by updating the preferences within your account. These preferences can be found by logging into your Mindbody Online account using your username and password, under the “Personal” section of the “My Profile” tab. You may also opt out via the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of all Mindbody Online or Constant Contact email communication.
